If you do not see your diagnosis or problem area on this list please contact our office to see if we treat your condition or can refer you appropriately.
We also offer the following services:
- Prevention/Wellness instruction
Starting a new activity or exercise routine and want to prevent injuries? Remember: It is ALWAYS easier to prevent an injury than treat it once it has begun. Receive a thorough evaluation and receive instruction in proper technique and body mechanics when performing your new activity.
- Musician's Services
Ravi Lescher has both lectured at and treated students from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Learning proper posture, instrument adaptation, stretches, strengthening, and "neutral body mechanics" while playing all help to treat and prevent Repetitive Strain Injuries and Low Back/Neck pain.
- Pilates Services
Whether part of physical therapy rehab or during one-on-one Pilates training with Stacy Allegro from Fit First Pilates, "Core strengthening" (also known as "trunk stabilization") not only helps with neck/mid-back/low back pain and proper sitting posture but can positively impact shoulder, arm/hand, hip/knee/foot issues as well. Pilates can also improve performance in sports/running/cycling/yoga/etc and prevent injuries. All movement begins at the core.
