About Us Quantum Physical Therapy opened its doors in December 2005 based on a model of providing quality one-on-one care in a warm and attractive setting. We did not want to treat in the too-often-seen "assembly line" fashion where clients spend only 15 minutes with a physical therapist and the remaining time with unskilled aides. And we did not want to provide an impersonal gym-like setting but an attractive office that feels like part day spa and part clinic.
We believe that real healing occurs in a caring environment with personalized attention and we are dedicated to giving you the high quality care you deserve.

Our Staff Ravi Lescher
Ravi is the founder of Quantum Physical Therapy. She has her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy and her Bachelor's in Kinesiology. She has over 12 years experience as a Certified Massage Therapist working in private practice, spas, and physical therapy clinics. She has worked as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedic clinics and has worked closely with orthopedic surgeons at UCSF as well as with alternative health care providers. She is a firm believer in body/mind medicine, exhausting all conservative measures before surgery, and the importance of good communication during the health care process.
Ravi is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the California Physical Therapy Association. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Golden Gate District of the California Physical Therapy Association and is a member of the Marin Association of Female Executives.
